What’s actually passed off as HR consultancy today?
A glorified advice hotline.
Some templates.
Someone giving you the same advice they've been giving others for the last three years.
That’s not what I do.
I spent my weekend asking myself one thing:
What am I?
What phrase truly captures the power I bring to the table?
And I finally found it.
🧠 I’m the founder of a Human Capital and Employment Law Practice.
I'm a Human Capital and Employment Law STRATEGIST.
Why?
Because, yes - we handle all the legal essentials: ✔️ Letters
✔️ Processes
✔️ Investigations
✔️ Sickness, grievances, flexible working, disciplinary procedures
But that’s just the surface.
We go deeper.
We analyse people data
Identify risks lurking in your culture
And translate employment law into bold, strategic action.
I don’t just react to problems.
I PREVENT them - before they ever land on your desk.
So ask yourself this: 🛑 Who’s shielding your business from risks you haven’t even seen yet?
🛑 Who’s guiding you on how legal, behavioural, and cultural issues collide?
🛑 Who’s showing you the real cost of avoidable turnover, bad hires, and hidden gender equity blind spots?
If nobody’s doing that, guess what - you don’t have a consultant or strategist.
You have a safety net.
I’ve stopped trying to fit into the hollow word “consultant.”
Because that doesn’t match my impact.
HR consultant? Not quite.
