Plan Your Own Legacy

Plan Your Own Legacy

Create your own legacy….

Why on earth would you want to think about planning your own funeral? Well, for many reasons...

Would you like to hand over your last event to people who don’t really know what you want? Granted, your nearest and dearest know you the best, but have you ever told them what you really want as your send off? According to statistics (The Gazette, Official Public Record), 72% of us Brits are reluctant to talk about our funeral wishes with loved ones. That’s a lot of unspoken words.

Why is this? It’s a combination of contemplating our own mortality, fear of upsetting our loved ones, not knowing how to start the conversation and general discomfort about the subject.

By not expressing our wishes, our loved ones often have to make difficult decisions on our behalf whilst in the midst of grief.

I’m here to help you start that conversation in a comfortable, calm (and often humorous) space. It doesn't have to be morbid and it's actually a gift to your loved ones.
