I soecialise in coaching for anxiety in executive leadership applying interventions based upon psychodynamic, cognitive behavioural, gestalt and somatic practices to achieve lasting and enhancing change for clients, their colleagues and their families. Coaching is delivered online, outside and away from workplace distractions.
I am a Senior Practitioner with EMCC and hold an MSc in Coachibg and Behavioural Change, a Professional Certificate in Coaching (ILM7) and a Teams, Biard &Systemic Coaching (ILM7) certificate awarded by Henley Business School.
