When I first started health coaching, I wanted support in improving my overall wellbeing - particularly around hydration, strength, and building a consistent fitness routine. Working with Katie has been such a positive and rewarding experience.
Throughout the programme, Katie provided encouragement, clear guidance, and a safe, supportive environment to explore different aspects of my health. I really appreciated the range of resources shared, the useful information and knowledge offered in each session, and the motivating vision we created together. Some of these resources aren’t ones I had come across before and found them useful in understanding not only the new knowledge but also myself.
With her support, I’ve made meaningful progress: I’m drinking more water, making better food choices (and continuing to build on this), going to the gym regularly to focus on strength, running more consistently, and incorporating stretching into my routine. These changes have improved not only my physical health but also my mental wellbeing - helping me to understand and appreciate myself in ways I hadn’t expected.
Katie’s manner is warm, encouraging, and genuinely caring. I always felt listened to and supported. I would absolutely recommend Katie to anyone looking to make positive, sustainable changes to their health and lifestyle. I think that focusing on our health is important but often overlooked and this process has taught me how to do this in a whole-person approach. I would love to return to my Health Coach in the future.
