Instrumental in securing multi-million long term contracts, negotiating international strategic partnerships and project managing numerous complex field trials and turn key projects.... But I've also written website content, worked on tedious tender documents and drafted commercial agreements and contracts…and I make a mean mug of tea.
I think this gives me a broad perspective and the wide ranging experience to deal with most issues that a company may have from time to time.
I pride myself in rapidly understanding the driving forces behind a company’s business and in finding fast and effective solutions to any issues which arise. I’ve done this in the heady atmosphere of start ups and at board level for international joint ventures. Throughout my career I’ve been equally relaxed dealing at C-Suite level, as well as with all management and employee levels or just with getting my hands dirty at the coalface of the business.
I recognise that sometimes this requires brainstorming and ‘out of the box’ thinking, but equally sometimes it just needs a clearheaded strategy and, crucially, targeted effective action.
