I work with SME's and individuals to prevent stress and burnout with practical, evidence-based tools needed to navigate change.

I offer interactive wellbeing sessions, including a Lunch and Learn, to deeper, targeted workshops, such as a half day in person session or longer term 8 week programme, designed to provide long lasting improved employee focus, reduced stress and build high-performing, resilient teams.

Having transitioned from 15 years in a demanding corporate career in healthcare and pharma into holistic wellness, I intimately understand the pressures of fast-paced environments and the toll they take on our health and focus. Today, I bridge that gap by combining evidence-based techniques with practical tools that easily fit into an already busy schedule.
