I advise business owners, directors and their advisers on restructuring, insolvency and business recovery matters.
While I regularly undertake formal insolvency appointments, much of my work starts well before that stage. Directors often contact me when they are facing cashflow pressure, HMRC arrears, creditor issues, shareholder concerns or simply want an independent view of their options.
I work closely with accountants, solicitors, lenders and other professional advisers to help businesses understand the choices available to them and identify the most appropriate route forward. In many situations that may involve rescuing or restructuring the business rather than entering a formal insolvency process.
